if the item is lost in transit we will file a claim, if deliver lost item we need a prove of your driver license address or any one in the house, most of the time we request signature received if item is worth 100 or more
you have 15 day to return the item if you dont want it but you need to pay for shipping send the item back to us
You do not need to pay return shipping if item defective in 30 Days, but after 30 days you do need to pay for it because is under warranty, this issue wont happen because we very strictly control our product quality
No once the item confirm address we can not change it, if you want to change the address we have to cancel your order and you need to reorder with the new address
